Our favorite blonde-headed cannon-toting king of bad fashion is back, as Sega brings its classic (and one of my personal favorites) to the handheld world. Obviously not as high powered as the other version, and to be honest, quite blocky, but still good shoot 'em up fun. This is technically a port of the arcade version, so is pretty much the same as teh Sega Mark III version in terms of enemies and whatnot.
