Saturn rev of a game that's made it's rounds, preveiously on the PC-FX. I guess the closest thing it can be related to is Sparkling Feather or Sakura Taisen. This is a "renai" game, but is RPG rather than strategy. I think the non-Japanese speaker might find himself bombarded. The game is rather cheap though, so perhaps it's worth a gamble.
