An unheard of development house brings another Naomi shooter to the Dreamcast. Rumored to be "the last NTSC-J Dreamcast game" for many months, Milestone eventually brought their arcade version to the Dreamcast. Not a typical shooter in the least. You should think of each stage as one very long, manic boss fight. Gameplay falls between some normal manaic shmups, and Gigawing, where you have your normal weapons, but also a light-saber looking thing that will consume bullets. You can also flip between "Fields" which mainly increases your strength, but also the number of bullets flying at you. There's of course much more to it than this, but that's the gist. You really need to grasp the system to tap into really high scores. A fun game if you put forth the effort to study.
