I'd like to buy the game called Buster. Is it possible for me to use one of the Japanese download services? If it's just a matter of me filling some forms and taking an hour to translate I'll do that, but if that's not possible I'd appreciate some help.

I was able to sign up and use a CC, but I have a Japanese CC. LMK if you need help. Looks like it might be worth a go.
